Still on top of Cleveland dam, but I've backed off the shot so you can see a wider view of the river below. You can see the observation area more clearly now.
Observation area.
This is the walkway on top of Cleveland Dam. I'm on the other side of the dam and these two people are walking towards where I parked my car.
To the right of these two people is the spillway for the dam. This would be were I took the pictures over the side of the dam and down into the river below. To the left of these people is the Capilano resevoir and roughly where Grouse mountain is.
There is a very nice park at Cleveland dam that makes a great picnic spot. Good parking too!

I took this picture from an observation area just below the top of the dam. You can see the bottom of the spillway and the Capilano river below. I stuck my camera over the side and took the pic.
