Vancouver School District including specialty education and post secondary education programs in Vancouver

The Vancouver School Board, or VSB, is responsible for administering public education from kindergarten through to grade 12. The VSB is also known as District 39 and whether you refer to it as the Vancouver School Board or the Vancouver School District you are generally refering to the same thing.

Approxiamately 56,000 (2011) students go to school each day throughout the school year just in Vancouver alone.

- also known as VCC and located downtown

- located in Vancouver on Granville Island Vancouver School District
- a direct link to the adult and continuing education run by the VSB

British Columbia Institute of Technology
- known locally as BCIT we have provided a direct link to the downtown Vancouver campus but the main campus is in the city of Burnaby.
